Waqar has received variety of courses at the prestigeous New York Institute of Photography and is an Adobe certified professional. He is currently working with various photographic organization and groups to promote photography in the country and his work has been used by publications in non commercial academic books.

Waqar has travelled the world and have met with so many people, witnessed so many events and been to countless places. Some of these were good, some of them were bad, some beautiful and some ugly. The effects of all these, joined together in his dreams and desires. As a result, many pictures were born. In Waqar's opinion, Good image should exhibit a clear point of interest, a telling story, nice composition, effective arrangement. Some time luck plays an important role i.e. Luck to be in the right place, with right light, with right subject in the right moment with a good camera and lot of time with patience offcoure.
