Even though I got my B.S. in chemical engineering at UCD I enjoy the low-paying labor of love that is photography. Currently I am the photo editor for The Davis Enterprise newspaper in Davis, CA and have been shooting professionally since 1997.

Most people know me for my sports photography. I'm lucky that both UC Davis and Davis High School field competitive and broad based athletic programs that give me many opportunities for great photos.

In my spare time I like to try my hand at landscapes. While I prefer photo adventures that take me to the ocean or into the hills, most of what I have time for are the ag fields around Davis. Saturday night River Cats fireworks over the tower bridge are also a favorite.
