We are a state of the art facility located in Birdneck Business Center just down the street from Owls Creek Golf. We have a 16 x 16 ft ring, large classroom, a workout area, and a Wrestling DVD and Magazine Library. Our instructor is a certified wrestler named Mark Anthony with 15 years of wrestling experience. He has wrestled all over the US. Classes are set at the bottom.

Schedule:

Tuesdays and Thursdays(Adult) 7pm-830pm

Saturday (mixed ages)10am-12pm

Tuesdays and Thursdays (kids) 5pm-6pm
