It is a thrill to capture ephemeral elements of life that unfold before me. It’s my obsession to freeze a three dimensional world that is in motion onto a two-dimensional still frame. Within the camera, elements of time and space converge into a canvas that is frozen forever, never to occur again.

My photographs originate in my mind and eye. My eyes are constantly moving, taking in different aspects of the scene and adjusting instantly to changes. My mind takes this information and builds it up into a selective image to be recorded by the camera. My photographs are my vision of seeing the world photographically; that is, selecting and arranging elements in my viewfinder that capture the visual excitement of the scene or subject, while at the same time excluding elements that contribute to visual clutter.

My vision is not myopic;thus,I am hesitant to classify my photography. I most enjoy street photography which uses techniques of straight photography in that it shows a pure vision of something, like holding up a mirror\r to society. My Street Photography often tends to be ironic and can be distant from its subject matter, and often concentrates on a single human moment, caught at a decisive moment. And then, on the other hand, my street photography takes the opposite approach and provides a very literal and extremely personal rendering of the subject matter, giving the audience a more visceral experience of walks of life which they might not be familiar.
