Hi - am '60ish' Brit/African Granny with a love of photography especially the African bushveld; also obsessed with snow after living in South Africa for over 30 years. I spend my time between UK and SA and as soon I leave Africa, I long to get back to Kruger - my 'favourtist' soul place.

I'm fairly new to photography and have a great Canon 20d whose skills far outweigh mine. Frustration is my middle name - I'm forever trying to get better shots and when I do...it's often more luck than judgement.

I find Flickr a constant source of inspiration...and more frustration.
