My name is Holley Quijano, and I am a Pastry Chef and founder of Austin Cake Studio. I am also a Graduate of Texas Culinary Academy- Le Cordon Bleu, here in Austin, TX. I left the corporate world in the dust and set out to do what I love sans cubicle! So far the industry of cakes and pastries has opened up a whole new world of creativity and excitement in me, and I can’t wait to see where this industry takes me!
