HELEN: I’ve seen those words on a wall somewhere else – and I wouldn’t be alone in thinking it doesn’t change anything.

 

MANUS: It doesn’t matter; it’s the fact that the words are up there, it’s a promise, a covenant or something. Otherwise they might get lost. Even if no one spoke them or they got painted over, it wouldn’t matter, they’d come through again and again, they’d come through. So you have to do it – paint the words on the wall –
