Women’s Congressional Policy Institute (WCPI) is a nonprofit, nonpartisan public policy organization whose mission is to bring women policymakers together across party lines to advance issues of importance to women and their families.

WCPI achieves its mission through collaborative, bipartisan work with the Congressional Caucus for Women’s Issues (Women’s Caucus). While WCPI is not formally affiliated with the Women’s Caucus, they share many goals. WCPI hosts policy meetings on priority issues and sponsors social events intended to develop personal relationships among Members across party lines. WCPI further empowers women by establishing a pipeline for future women leaders in public policy through its Congressional Fellowship on Women and Public Policy program, and by hosting compelling congressional briefings on key women’s issues.
