::the studio:: is a new artspace that opened at the end of February 2009. Based in the Welsh seaside town of Aberystwyth. Curators Ruth Hogg and Claire Wilkins aim to give up and coming artists a chance to exhibit their work in a professional environment as well as welcoming established practitioners.

Both a working art studio and a gallery ::the studio:: is able to offer visitors high quality exhibitions and provide the art community an open and easily approachable environment in which to experience art and culture.
