My main interests surround medium format film cameras and photography in general. One particular niche I enjoy is working with vintage cameras, and that includes working on them to repair and sometimes modify them, but also actually using them (I resist calling myself a collector even though I now have dozens of cameras). I have a special weakness for simple consumer-grade cameras from the 40's through the 60's, and really enjoy trying to get these simple shooters working at least as well as they did when they were new, and possibly trying to improve their performance. Related interests include film development (so far just B&W), including home made soups such as Caffenol, and also development of "found" film.

I have been learning a great deal in the past couple years pursuing these hobbies, and hope to get a website going soon that will serve as a resource for other aficionados of classic film cameras.
