Let's keep this simple...

I was born in North Carolina, and I've lived in the heart of Texas (Bastrop now) for almost eight years, after nearly a decade in Chattanooga, Tennessee.

Photography is a passion of mine... which probably isn't a surprise, 'cause after all, this is a photography site, right?

Anyway... every moment is history right after we experience it. I am driven to connect the past to the present and ensure it isn't forgotten. Why? I don't know... I've been that way as long as I can remember. So I dig into historic documents and archives, take pictures, and tell stories.

Weird, yeah, but that's who I am.
