I've had my own camera now for 61 years; for the first 45 it was not easy investing as my family grew but now, there's just me and the cameras. I've been on Flickr now for 11 years, I posted and removed a number of images, and I am still looking for things to shoot. I'll have to re-post some of the better images.

Nine years ago I retired , now, I am getting ready to do it again, you would think that I would learn! I'm looking forward to putting my efforts into photography now that I will be able to schedule my days and excursions rather freely. I have some goals in travel and even a couple of ideas for photo projects -- more about these as they are realized, so stay tuned.

My outlook in photography: the Lord has given us so many wonderful things to see, I see Him every where I look and want to share that with you. I love nature, mostly birds and other wildlife; I love landscape, architecture, and airplanes. I'm starting there and where ever I am lead by the Lord I will keep my eyes open to see what He has in store for me. You are welcome along on this journey.
