Robert and his brother Kevin launched Shabu in February of 2004 and have been collecting accolades ever since. From the “Top 12 New Restaurants in America” from Conde Naste Traveler in 2005, to “Best Park City Restaurant” in Salt Lake Magazine in 2006. The two are as enthusiastic about skiing in Utah as they are about keeping their customers happy every time.
