I have always loved photography and up until my birthday last year when my husband bought me a digital SLR, I had been concentrating on traditional black and white darkroom photography. I love to layer images much as you would in photoshop, but using real, physical layers (tissue paper, acetate sheets etc.) and printing using light sensitive emulsion. I have just given birth to my third child and, as in previous pregnancies, found that the chemicals were making me very ill! I have become more and more interested in digital photography, and want to start experimenting with photoshop. I am very inspired by what I have seen on flickr and can't wait to start uploading my photos.
