Meistens eine der Letzten in meinem Freundeskreis, die - technologisch gesehen - vom 20. Jahrhundert ins 21. eintritt, bin ich dann angesichts der enormen Möglichkeiten dieser Erneuerung ganz aus dem Häuschen. So war's auch jetzt mit meiner ersten eigenen Digitalkamera (Panasonic Lumix DMC-TZ6), die seit Mai 2009 meine alte Rollei aus dem Jahr 1979 ablöst.

Na ja, so lange ich die Welt nicht nur noch durch den Sucher, äh das Display, betrachte, sollte eigentlich alles in Ordnung sein.

Ich bin Amateurin, aber fotografieren macht sehr viel Spaß und das Anschauen von anderen Bildern und das Teilen mit anderen auch! In diesem Sinne erkunde ich mal das neue Medium und die Welt in ihrer schönen, witzigen, bunten, manchmal auch schwarz-weißen, berührenden und inspirierenden Vielfältigkeit. Über Kommentare, Anregungen, Kritik freue ich mich - wie die meisten anderen hier - natürlich sehr, also fühlt euch frei.

I'm definitely a bit late when it comes to using the latest technical devices of the 21. century, but now, eventually, it's done: I got my first digital camera and am quite enthusiastic about it. Well, unless I look at the world around me through the display all the time, I won't have to seek professional help. ;) I'm an amateur, but taking and viewing pictures is fun and sharing with others as well, so I'll curiously explore the new medium and the world out there in its beautiful, funny, colourful - sometimes also black and white - touching and inspiring diversity. Comments are much appreciated, so feel free.
