I like my flickr friends to be inspired and honest , and encouraging.... through their contributions on flickr, their images, their comments. I like flilckr friends that are passionate about their photography. I like flickr friends that push their personal envelope to see if they can become better at expressing themselves through this art. I like artists that have a certain style....that is their own.... that when you see a thumbnail of their work, you know its theirs, because they have a style. I like Doreens gallery for all of the reasons that I mentioned above. As I've told Doreen many times, "Exquisite" is often the first word I think of when I see her floral shots. Doreen once commented on one of my images... that she had enjoyed watching me learn the characteristics of a vintage lens that I had recently acquired. As you might imagine, I was inspired to do what I do with just a bit more care, thanks to her. I bet she will inspire you too.
