What can I say about the Rowdy Rebel. Well, he's a superb amateur photographer, whose ingenuity and inventiveness have kept us all engrossed in his photographic exploits. From home made flash diffusers, reverse macro set ups and sniper telephoto outfits, he's made them all from scratch. And, as for the results of all these inventions, just have a look through his photostream at the immense variety and high quality of the images. From the toenails of a wasp to the beautiful birds around Galloway, he's caught them all perfectly. All this, in spite of poor health which often keeps him indoors. In addition to his obvious photographic skills, he's one of the funniest, most helpful, knowledgeable and most importantly, friendliest guys I've ever had the pleasure to "meet". One of the very few people in this world I can genuinely call a friend, through his own actions, although we've never met.
