2010 .... Nearly all photos to date were taken while working in South or Central America.

On one visit I was able to journey about 2,500 miles down the Amazon River - moving the full length by boat, a little at a time . .....England and Arizona U.S.A. have also been my home..

I very much enjoyed working as a volunteer in Great Ormond St. Children's Hospital when in London.

Enjoyable time has been spent choosing ' Favorites ' and thanks to all those people whose work is there ..... It's great to keep finding more.......

There are definitely many other brilliant photos which I have appreciated.. !

You are Welcome to visit GALLERIES www.flickr.com/photos/39585299@N05/galleries/

created from some of my Favorites...

***I love it when a special moment comes together - something in your photo, text or comment acts as a catalyst and my thoughts fly......

As a Woman - some moments of life ...... easily and very happily remembered ....

".....watching the sunrise from my hammock ".....

".....taking the canoe up - river and watching the dolphins jump until sunset...."

".....running to meet the helicopter each morning......"

".....sleeping out under the stars "

"..... flying affordable " first class " in an old plane - sitting in a rocking chair - wedged next to sacks of dried ' river produce ' ..."

And :

" IT IS IMPOSSIBLE TO OVERLOOK A HUMBLE SOUL OR A SMILING FACE "

"Live your life from your heart. Share from your heart and your story will touch and heal people's souls" ( from a friend's photo title )

I truly appreciate your photographic journalism. In a world were many choose to bury their heads in the sand. It is a breath of fresh air to see one dedicated to shining a light on the places and people long forgotten by humanity. I have much respect for your compassion.

Coco: A beautiful human being all around. Or as we say here in good ‘ol Texas “One hell of a person”… Passionate woman about life; helping others, creative, historian, traveler and especially a terrific photographer. A sense of perfectionist comes across your gallery of wonderful images. It in this aspect I particularly take joy; the ability to capture, compose and present with a side of life sometimes hard to accept but; never-the-less real life images. I enjoy your photos tremendously (sometimes they remind me of my very own life) look forward to the next pop up letting me one more image is available to be seen… Please continue to delight our temporary journey and my congratulation for being “YOU” from a friend in Texas. Enrique
