Have never written a testimonial before so don`t know where to start. Do I begin by stating the obvious by saying Alan is sweet, kind, funny, loyal, patient, modest (very modest). . .? Or by pointing out that in my time of knowing Alan, I`m learning continually by observing his work. It is of the highest quality and portrays his passion not only for photography, but for the world around him.....especially wildlife and nature. Could be I just need to reflect on all the support and encouragement he has given me over this past year: In visits (even working shifts he still makes time to drop by), faves, comments (love his humour). And not just the occasional photo, everyone !! Well I am saying all these things, but adding the most important thing of all . . . . . .If Flickr introduced a new rule that we were only allowed ONE friend; for me it would have to be Alan. And should Flickr ever allow us to have only the ONE contact - my choice again would be Alan. It is indeed an honour to share this Flickr experience with him.
