Retired firefighter & part-time photographer -

Truly an amateur photographer who likes taking pics of whatever subject happens to catch my eye. I've always had an interest in photography, but nothing I've done can compare with a lot of the absolutely wonderful photography I've come across on flickr. That said, being a part of the flickr community has opened my eyes to a whole new realm of subject matter. Amateur skill-set with a mediocre camera but I'll keep clicking away.

I always appreciate comments on my photostream and do make an effort to view the photostreams of those who comment on or fav my photos as time permits.
