Hi I like all kinds of quilts. I like quilts with a bit of a twist or a surprise. Deep greens and blues are the colours I choose to quote James Taylor. I love all shades of purples and aquamarine. I like modern quilts and pictorial quilts and art quilts blow me away.

We have 5 mostly grown children, and one 10 year old who has a long way to go before leaving home. BOth my husband and I are our urban planners and I specialize in dealing with affordable housing so housing forms really appeal to me and so do trees.

I am 53 but really think the numbers got reversed and 35 seems more like it. I love to travel and see city sights.

We live in Vancouver BC one of the most beautiful places to live and I love the flowers and lushness of the greenery that grows here. I love flower printed fabric.

Oh and we have a dog = Softie who we love very much - he is a golden retriever

I am visually oriented and love fabric - I see so many possibilities. Much of my fabric is child oriented because most of my sewing was done for the kids - and now I am interested in swapping it out as I have discovered the modern designers.
