I am a 34 year old mum of two rambunctious kids; I work as a PE teacher in the afternoons; I live in the countryside and have 1 cat, 2 pygmy goats and 15 chickens (for the eggs for my cakes!!)

I started my cake obession in April 2009 - and experimented until July 2010 when I started my cake business. It is going well so far (fingers crossed) and I am loving the ride :-)
