www.cruisetricks.de is my major project: a blog and website about cruises and cruise destinations with lots of pictures from ships as well as destination pictures.

I'm also running the steamboats.org website and community, collecting steamboat and paddlewheeler pictures and writing an online travel guide , "The Steamboat Traveller".

Saving the historic steamboat Delta Queen is part of my life since April 2007 when it was clear that the Delta Queen is in trouble and needs support to survive as a historic overnight passenger steamboat.
