As you will discover from my photo stream that I love to travel and also love photography. So far I have not used any more sophisticated pictures software other than what comes with the cameras I use and Flickr Photo Editing program. From my photos you will also find that I have used several different cameras. I am proud and honored to be MEMBER of the WEEK 22/2011 of MGAM:

Medhat has been a Flickr friend for over ten years. We were brought closer by our love for the sea and the fact that our physical and metaphysical homeland is on the shores of the Mediterranean. So, everything is written in the sand. Sand, the smallest form of stone, only gains importance with the sea. Medhat knows well the eternal beauty of water, waves, rocks, shells and crabs that are only revealed at low tide, pine trees and palm trees, birds, those friends of people, whom we will never fully meet. Aren't the shores, once of the Mediterranean, and now the Ocean, a living image, a reflection of heaven on Earth, the possibility of a happier and deeper life ? Marine iconography is a cause for questions on what are the sun, water, sand, stone and life, and these are the first questions. Medhat finds answers in his landscapes, birds playing above the waves, hidden coves. That's how he transferred beauty and light into his photographs, where they will be preserved forever.
