I can't believe the world of birds out there that I didn't know even existed until a friend got me into birding a couple of years ago. We both started with point and shoot camera and then graduated to Canon 7D's. It really is exciting and addicting to find and photograph birds that we've never seen before.

My wish is that everyone will someday find the enjoyment and wonder of simply being out there in nature and learning about wildlife in general and birds in particular.
