I have been a Flickr member for four years and go by the name of oar_square www.flickr.com/photos/oar/. I decided to dedicate a site just to images that pertain to art history since I have the good fortune of living and traveling in Europe. My penchant is for detailed shots because they provide information that is too often overlooked, or not available to the interested viewer due to spatial limitations. I do not use flash even when it is permitted.

I have had the privilege of being published in several art history books and periodicals. I recently was awarded my first front cover, and a still in a TV movie.
