Although I have been on Flickr since 2006, I have only been on "this side" (street photography) for a few months. We tend to remember the first people who show a genuine interest in our work and make us feel welcome and Flavio is one of them. His photography is natural and an extension of his vision rather than born from any deep seated angst, as is so much of the Photoshopped-up, HDR'd and layered work that is becoming stale and tiring. This is good, because his vision is keen and observant...rarely does Flavio miss a detail. This is evident not only in his own work, but in his thoughtful comments of the photographs of others. I suspect that in person, he is a warm, genuine individual. I am happy to have him as a contact.
