I am a retired veterinarian, naturalist and amateur nature photographer. I live in the rural “Quiet Corner” of northeastern Connecticut with a dog, 3 cats, 2 Nigerian goats, 2 parrots, and 10 chickens.

Nearly all of my photos, unless in a folder specifically marked with another location, were taken in Connecticut. I welcome comments and corrections, especially with respect to species identification.
