I'm looking to collaborate with like-minded photographers, MUAs, Clothing designers, fashion stylists and/or jewellery designers who share the same adoration for the 'good ol' days'.

 

I was born into, and grew up in the wrong era! My affiliation with all things truly vintage runs through my veins and I feel very stronly about re-creating the era in a respectful manner!

 

I come from a visual arts background- I have a Bachelor of Applied Design and Visual Arts, and as a result I'm very keen to try some unique concepts, and may even be able to help you come up with something for a shoot...again please don't hesitate to ask!

Body Mods:

-I have one tattoo on my left wrist measuring 1.5cm x 1.5cm, this can be easily covered if need be.

I have the following piercings:

-navel

-nose (v. small stud)

-tragus

-ear lobes x 5 holes

-upper left ear

All except nose may be removed upon request. I'm not being difficult with the nose stud- it physically won't come out!!!

-Promotions with DKNY/Aramis/Kosmea/Nude By Nature

-I'm comfortable in front of the camera! :D

Availability:

What Is a Pin-up Model?

There are many misconceptions surrounding pin-up modelling. Pin-Up is not the same as pornography. Pin-ups feature women in sensual and provocative positions, yet these women are fully clothed. The sexuality is implied, but never explicit. Pin-up models became popular during World War II, when soldiers took pin-up photos with them to war. Modern pin-up photography has not changed much from its 1930s origins. It continues to feature women styled in retro-inspired looks that encompass hair, makeup and fashion.

 

Pin-up modelling is a respected form, but it is a very precise niche. It falls under the category of glamor modelling, and is sometimes referred to as cheesecake modelling.
