I have been pointing cameras at things for over 35 years (I'm still young, but!), had a Pentax SPF, graduated to a Nikon FE & added a Mamiya 645, bailed out for a while to do other things, more recently dusted off the FE, then digital arrived, got a Coolpix 990, couldn't stand not having an SLR, got a D70, unhappy with exposure & focus accuracy, sold the FE, the D70 & ALL my manual focus lenses(including a superb Nikkor 80-200 zoom - rocks in the head) to finance a D300 - haven't looked back since, also bought a 2/hand F100 to keep my interest in film alive but it mostly justs sits & looks pretty. Lenses - all Nikon - 24-85/3.8G AF-S, 50/1.4D AF, 70-300/4 AF-S VR, & most recent 105/2.8G AF-S VR, also got 2 x SB800 & stands so having fun with home studio experiments. Love photoing wildlife, landscape, scantilly clad women(who doesn't - they're so purty), bugs & stuff, action, basically anything that looks good in the lens. Just discovered Flickr - inspires more thought & imagination in my photography - just need more time to manage all those digital images now!LOL
