Mission: to provide a broad range of library services and materials meeting the educational, informational, recreational and cultural needs of all residents of the Brighton Library District.

Philosophy of Service: The Board of Trustees of the Brighton District Library supports and promotes the public library as an integral part of the total community. It is committed to cooperation with other agencies and organizations to enhance the quality of life for Brighton area residents.
