gibrones is a magic man. the first time we encountered upon one another was in a stretch of orange dunes somewhere in Chile's Atacana Desert... I say somewhere because I was so blasted on peyote buds that I thought I was somewhere in Saskatchewan; dont matter much though, seens how I woke up in a pool of gasoline and my own vomit in a Motel Six in New Mexico... Shit, I wont soon forget though, the vision of Gibrones clad in war paint and saran wrap, hovering 4 or 5 feet of the sand dunes singing U2 and rubbing camel dung over his face... Man I was tripping balls and so was he and as our spirits joined midair I passed out and only came to in fits of psychadelic bliss hovering over the sea... what a guy...
