I started shooting with my moms SLR in the age of 10, I think ... and I never stopped ever since. Equipment has changed - so have I. There´s a undefinable magic over photos and the act of shooting. It´s like you can stop the time keep going on. I like symmetries, lines, structures and patterns, but also people, attitude, a smile or an authentic moment. How can I put things in a special perspective? How turns something, which supposed to be banal, into something between the lines? How can I use my camera to catch, what my mind is focussing on? And how can I reduce the material or cut and play with it in post-production, so that it turns into something unique, something interesting, something new? I enjoy this playground - maybe you too?
