Started messing around with a camera around xmas 2008 after a rough event in my life. New hobbies are great distractions :) . I enjoyed it immediately. I also play guitar and graduated with a degree from UMass Amherst in Civil Engineering. Many people ask if I majored in photography and when I tell them that their reactions are pretty priceless. I never took any photography classes, but the digital age allows for much better trial and error! I haven't been taking enough photos lately so I am beefing up my profile in preparation for the new year where I plan on doing my first 365 project.
