I've always had an interest in photography as a hobby. In 1986, I purchased a 35mm Olympus and used it primarily until I purchased the Nikon D50. Great camera. Perfect for me. I use Nikon software. Previously Picture Project, then Nikon View NX2 and Capture NX2. I now use Adobe Creative Cloud, Specifically Lightroom Classic. Which is great as it gives me Lightroom and Photoshop.

I enjoy the outdoors most of all and try to get the shot as close to as I see it. Seems todays photographers prefer to using long waterfall exposures and a lot of saturation. Probably most people like a lot of color and a cotton waterfall. Not me, guess I'm different. I'm not knocking that style, color sells, just not mine. Just not my preference. At this point I don't use any of the other social media outlets as most do as this is probably solely my collection. As you can tell, I don't get many views or faves. I have been told to use them but I don't sell and don't need the advertising and pat on the back. I do so enjoy getting out in the field and have did some traveling to some national parks. Not as much as I would like to but I have a bucket list as all do.
