Right off the bat... I'm not a professional photographer. My photos tend to be more "documentation" than "art". My day job is being a machine operator for Hutchinson, an automotive/aerospace parts supplier. In addition to that I also write the "Commercial Break" column for Model Cars Magazine, and I've recently begun writing for Classic Truck Modeler. I really enjoy writing, and I'm hoping that one of these days I can make it a full-time profession.

Automotive subjects, both real and in scale, are my main interest. I'm a big fan of Ford and Subaru in particular, but just about every manufacturer has at least a few designs I like.

Other than that, I'm kind of a weird guy with some weird interests. I love bad B-Movies. I like watching boring documentaries and science/history shows... stuff that would put a lot of people to sleep. I have an interest in things like the occult and the paranormal, even though I don't really believe in any of it, I find lots of the stories and folklore surrounding those subjects to be fascinating.

As far as this Flickr account, so far it's mostly vehicles and models, with some interesting buildings and random captures thrown in. I'm planning on adding a little more variety (as I write this in July of 2017), so we'll see how this goes.
