Born & raised in the U.K. now based in Vietnam

The self taught veteran graffiti artist turned graphics, textile and packaging designer is producing highly limited, premium quality, screen printed t-shirts & accessories.

The British designer has recently worked with his long time friends at Addict Clothing Company on some collaboration projects for summer 2009. More projects are planned with Addict & other labels for the future!

The artist has recently relased the new Red Label Range which includes the second edition ADDICT X 40 THIEVES co-lab tee ,the new range is heavily influenced by vietnam.

The Grass roots & History of Forty Thieves Apparel (& Feral and Fugazy)

It has literally been a life long goal, of the artist, to create a small independent clothing label.

Early rap & electro music, break-dance, b-boy style, Adidas shell toes, Puma states, Fila, Adidas, Nike & Troop tracksuits, leather goose jackets, Kangol hats and Cazals are all but a few of the memories & experiences of the early 1980's hip hop scene that was a great influence for the creator of Forty Thieves Apparel .

More importantly the graffiti side of it; the art, bombing, tagging, throw ups, full pieces, the artist remembers there was a great buzz back in the day, everything was new the whole scene was quite underground unlike today.

Forty Thieves Apparel started in 2007, in Vietnam where the designer is currently based, living & working. His aim is to give a global market the opportunity to purchase some highly limited premium screen printed t-shirts & our ethos at Forty Thieves is:

'Limited means limited'

This is a rare quality to find in today's urban fashion market.

The artist has been living in Vietnam for just over two years now, spending the last 15 years of his life working & traveling mostly in other parts of Asia. He has had some very memorable opportunities and experiences while traveling around the world in the form of ‘jobs’! Over the years he has been a light & props man on Japanese porn films in Tokyo and TV & a film extra for Philipino & U.S. film companies in the Philippines.Another opportunity came in the form of a political aid to a Philipino running for a seat in congress.

In time spent thailand the Artist put his hand to designing back drops and banners for the world famous full moon & other beach parties , He also owned and run a small Thai restaurant on Koh Samui in Thailand for several years. Asia is his second home; he still has a great love the UK for all its ups and downs, but this is where he lays his (many!) hat's).

At present the designer sells the limited Apparel out of select outlets in Vietnam and is adding more outlets all the time.At present the brand is exclusive to five-o-store Southampton Hants, England.
