When did my Flickr journey, begun in 2006, start showing signs of coming to a halt and when did the realization begin to dawn on me that what I had shared was mostly pictures of a past irretrievably lost. Interactions with old associates and detractors on Flickr, that made some sense to Flickr as a place to hang out, all faded away. Perhaps Flickr is meant to be about the "now" moment and about friends, people and family, not images of empty roads and quiescent moments.
