Hi! I am a 57 yr old southern gal. I'm married to the most wonderful man who happens to be a firefighter. I have two daughters (28 & 34) and three dachshunds (Sophie, Mollie & Meeka). We live in a small town in South Alabama. I decorate cookies and cakes to fund my fabric habit.

Blender fabrics with small to medium scale prints are something I am in great need of

Low Volume (just can’t get enough of these)

I do love getting fussy cut scraps

Large cartoon or character prints are not my thing (unless it’s a dachshund)

No camouflage, dark or depressing fabric.

Large bold loud prints and clashing color combos make me dizzy 

Not really into animal, neon, or seasonal prints

Batiks, oriental or metallic

I don’t drink coffee.

I enjoy paper piecing a lot.

My favorite color combos are: green, pink, blue, yellow (with a bit of red);

Love low volume and I use them a lot.

I enjoy being with my husband more than anything. We spend all our free time together or sharing our time with our children and our three fur babies! He is my life!

I love swapping and creating the perfect gift or bee block for my partners. If you create something that you are proud of, I'll be thrilled with being the person who gets to admire it in my home. I admire quality creativeness!

I always have a hand sewing project with me, you just never know when you may have a few extra minutes to sew.

I'm a happy person, I like to bake things for my friends, or sew little gifts for my friends. I'm easy to please and have a deep appreciation for other peoples sewing, crafting, photography, and baking skills. I just can't learn enough..
