I entered the world of photography in 2008 when I got my first DSLR, and photography quickly became my hobby and passion.

I shoot different kinds of pictures, but my primary interests are landscape and nature photography. When it comes to landscapes, I generally try to capture those amazing colors during twilight, my favorite part of the day. That perfect light when blue colors of night interact with warm tones of daylight, a short period of time that only lasts 15-20 minutes twice a day, is the essence of landscape photography, and for me, the best time to capture the beauty of untouched nature and the vivid colors of the city. My goal is not just to capture specific scenery, but to capture it at the best possible light. In order to achieve the right balance between bright and dark areas I frequently use ND and GND filters and most of my landscape photographs are long exposures.

However, my time for landscape photography and access to wild locations are very limited, and I’m considering using more time on the opposite side of nature photography, which is macro. It may sound crazy, but wide angle landscape photography and macro photography have much in common. Both require tremendous patience and ability to see a shot before pressing the shutter release. I intend to create something that is more than just a close up photograph of a small object. I order to do that I use elements of landscape photography, such as interesting foreground and colorful background.
