Frank is a great photographer. Some of my favorite nature and landscape photos on Flickr were taken by Frank. He will often upload unique photos of subjects that many photographers would overlook or dismiss. Part of his photostream's charm is that there is never monotony; he's great with subject variety. One of the best things about Frank is his natural photographic eye and his ability to apply it in constructive critiques. Most everyone who receives a photo comment from Frank gets a thoughtful assessment of their photo, not just a generic compliment. Frank's comments are often detailed and specific, and that's what makes them such a treat!
