Vanda Hadarean is quickly becoming known internationally as a premier health and fitness personality. Vanda’s elite athletic background, combined with her coaching and training experience and personal characteristics, have placed her in the forefront of people’s minds as they strive to reach their health and fitness dreams.

Vanda has herself received top level coaching and training throughout her Gymnastics career. Having trained in Romania with the national gymnastics team, Vanda learned early in life what it takes to succeed on an international stage. Through hard work, focus, discipline and dedication, Vanda achieved numerous world class results: Olympic silver medalist, World bronze medalist, and European gold medalist. Vanda then went on to become a competitive gymnastics coach for thirteen years.

Currently Vanda coaches and trains through her signature “Inspired by Vanda” programs: You Deserve the Best, IbV Training Systems. Vanda also provides consultation services to gymnasts and other fitness, fitness model, and figure competitors. She completes her busy schedule by making promotional appearances and exploring business opportunities. Inspired by Vanda, the name and brand under which Vanda will be operating, has several exciting projects planned for the very near future.

Knowing the formula to succeed and having the commitment to live it, then teach it, is perhaps Vanda’s greatest strength as she assists clients worldwide. Vanda continues to inspire and lead by example as the reigning Ms. Fitness World for the second straight year.
