Builder of Lego, mostly architectural and dollhouse stuff. I'd like to build other things, but my skills are weak, so it takes me a *lot* of time to do something. Most of my builds are works in progress, so in order to feel some sense of accomplishment I collect and re-constitute vintage sets.

Many sets from the early Star Wars era I can parts-pull from memory, and I have a strong knowledge of general parts scarcity/rarity, so it is easy for me to look at a pile of brick and determine what sets *may* have once been there.

I'm a fan of all Lego themes, but my favorite is Town/Train, with Classic Space a close second. I tend to like the weird stuff too, like Fabuland and Belleville...

I also like vintage cars, specifically rescuing them and restoring or rodding them. My photostream favorites reflect this. I am fond of the idea of re-purposing items, so I own a hearse which I use as a mobile storage unit. Yeah, I know, it doesn't make sense to me either.
