I live in London and write crime novels (when I have the time)

I'm married to Emma (who's a barrister and very lovely) and I have three fantastic children - Kate, Tom and William. I'm also lucky in having some great friends.

Apart from writing, I'm a director of a research and communications company, .a trustee of the Woodland Trust and Chair of the Green Party of England and Wales. Which doesn't leave a lot of time left over!

But I do love to hear from people who've read my books or want to know what I'm writing next.
