Cheer Fit are professional event cheerleaders who have been privileged enough to support some great causes. Cheer Fit have performed on stage in Hyde Park, in the Paris Festival on New Year's Eve, in the London Parade on New Year's Day and at the famous Silverstone F1 racetrack!

Most recently, Cheer Fit have cheered at the Edinburgh Marathon, the London Marathon and hosted the warm-up for over 2000 people at the Crusaid Walk for Life.

Cheer Fit have been pictured in The Sunday Times, featured in ITN coverage of the London New Year’s Day Parade, and appear in a three page feature in the June 2009 edition of Men's Fitness magazine.
