A school chum took me to London (Heathrow) when I was 14 yrs old and it was love at first sight. Starting with Grandma's Brownie box camera, I've been taking aircraft shots ever since.

Having spent over 30 years in Winnipeg, Canada (colour slide & monochrome archives) I finally got smart and moved to Vancouver Island where I live next door to Victoria International Airport. Here I can indulge myself in photography, spotting, flying the "expensive friend" around and going to the beach (another childhood passion).

Trying to stay in shape by cycling all over town and lap swimming a couple of times a week. Oh yeah! I grow my own garlic too
