Why Bento?

I'm interested in improving my health and eating habits and bento is a fun way to do that. Taking pictures of my food is my way of being concious of what I eat and of taking care of myself.

Conciousness

I'm not always good at taking care of myself, so it's good for me to bring it to my conciousness and think of the quality of the things and people in my life. That is what bento means to me.

Supplies

Mr. Bento

I have a Zojirushi Mr. Bento that I got on Amazon. I like it, but I burnt one of the cups once from it being in the microwave with something greasy. My corgi also attacked one of the lids.

Lock & Lock

I also have 3 Lock & Locks in different sizes.

Boyfriend's Supplies (he will be known as BF or the BF)

The BF has one Lock & Lock and an Aladdin Micro Lunch Bowl.
