I believe that art is all around us, if we only open our eyes to it. For me, photography is more than a hobby. It is a passion. I look for hidden beauty in everyday life. My camera is almost constantly by my side as I search for that perfect moment, that perfect angle and that perfect piece of art.

I am not all the time successful in capturing the emotion I see. I have no training or mentor and crave both. I dream of being a full-time photographer traveling and capturing art in the ordinary world. I admire so many of the photographers on Flickr and appreciate the encouragement and feedback provided by them.
