I am interested in mechanical things, from my old "proper cameras" from the 1930's onwards to the 1970's; clocks that you need to wind up once in a while and old motorcycles without electronics. You could say I live partly in the past but I do look back with affection at some of the things I owned, or wanted to own when I was younger. I can now buy the cameras I lusted after in the 1960's and 1970's at low prices and enjoy trying to get the best out of them. Always a motorcyclist (from about 7) I recently decided that I had to own some of the bikes from my past hence NSU Quickly and Triumph Tiger Cub. On top of all this, I have started to take old clocks apart and have managed to get them working again. Where will all of this end? I am happy to talk to others with similar interests, if there is anyone out there.
