Mom of two precious little girls, an almost fulltime job (which I love, by the way...) and a house to look after - oh, and let's not forget that husband of mine...!!

All of which I'm so grateful for and proud of but unfortunately leaves me with way too little time for cake decorating! I usually do my baking and decorating around midnight, when everybody else is asleep and no little fingers (or big ones!) try to poke my cakes and steel my fondant decorations... ;-)
